Investment Strategy:
Real Estate Niche Focus

Data Centers

Data centers & collocation facilities act as mission critical switching points that power the internet. Continued migration to the cloud, the internet of things and booming uses of data = long runway.

Sticky tenants
Growing Demand
Barriers to Entry
Essential Real Estate

Manufactured Housing

Under appreciated asset class. Strong demand drivers (affordable housing crisis + silver tsunami), with shrinking supply creates favorable risk / return profile. Low capital requirements = high cash flow.

Low Ongoing Capital
Limited Supply

Healthcare Assets

Lab space, medical office, hospitals, etc. are compelling investments for the foreseeable future. These are mission critical facilities holding extensive medical equipment. This translates to high tenant switching costs and reliable cash flow.

Low Capital Expenses
Barriers To Entry
Demographic tailwinds
Pricing Power
