Brad is the Founder and Managing Partner of Evergreen. Brad is responsible for the firm and its investments. Brad has 20 years of experience investing in both traditional and alternative asset classes. Previously Brad has worked as a real estate private equity operator. Early in his career Brad worked at Wells Fargo's real estate investment bank (Eastdil Secured) and held various investment positions with private equity firms including TA Associates Realty and The Swig Company.
